ARTIST STATEMENT
From the west coast to the east, New York, to the Lowcountry. For what?
To study fashion, and along with it, the industry’s devastating impact on Earth’s limited resources.
My answer? Foraged plant based inks, up-cycled food waste, salvaged textile remnants, and the spirit of giving back.
To who? Nature, the divine feminine. My offering? The whimsy of blooming.

SUSTAINABILITY
I make all of my own dyes from locally foraged plants, produce scraps, and mindfully sourced botanicals. I handcraft my own gouache and watercolor from natural ingredients, as well as, make my own lake pigments and inks from leftover my dye baths.
All textile remnants and embroidery threads are thoughtfully sourced second hand.
I use 100% recycled paper, handmade by me or mindfully sourced..
